For a 100% custom creation based on your own concept or sketch, the timeline depends on the complexity of the project: design, sketch approval and manufacturing. The team gives an estimated delivery timeline with your quote before any order is placed.

If you choose the 2D sketch option before production, manufacturing begins once you have approved the sketch, so allow time for that step.

Payment, delivery and customs

Payment must be made in full when you order, before production is launched. Installments are not available. We accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers and secure online payments.

We ship worldwide with end-to-end tracking. As soon as the order is dispatched, you receive an email with a tracking number to follow the package until delivery. For deliveries outside the European Union, a flat customs fee is added to the price when the order is placed, on top of any taxes; in principle nothing more is payable on delivery.
