Where and how your mascot is manufactured

Mascots may be shipped directly from these workshops to you, and you receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Manufacturing generally takes around ten days. Shipping time is added to this and varies depending on the destination country. The estimated timeframe displayed at checkout is indicative only. If your mascot is needed for a fixed-date event, tell us before ordering so we can confirm feasibility together.

Our mascots are crafted using professional-grade materials chosen for their lightness, comfort and durability. High-density foam forms the structure, combined with durable and breathable fabrics, plush, felt or textile trims depending on the model.

A complete mascot costume weighs approximately 6 kg, depending on the model, size and selected options. The weight is distributed evenly to ensure good stability and ease of movement, which matters when the performer wears the costume for a long event.

Made to measure: size, colors, logo and custom creation

On each product page you can choose the size, customize colors, add your logo or text and select accessories. Sizes typically range from S to XXXL for performers between approximately 1.60 m and 1.95 m (5'3" to 6'5"), and a child size is available for our models.

The size selected at checkout is the basis for manufacturing, so check it before confirming. If in doubt, send us the performer's measurements and we will advise you. For a 100% custom creation from your own concept or sketch, contact our team: we guide you from initial design through to production.

Comfort, warranty and after-sales support

Our mascots are designed to be lightweight and breathable and can be used indoors and outdoors. We recommend regular breaks, especially during long events or in hot weather. A built-in head fan and a cooling vest worn underneath are available as optional accessories.

Each mascot comes with a 2-year manufacturing warranty covering defects in workmanship. Depending on the situation, we repair or replace the affected part. Normal wear and tear, improper maintenance or misuse are not covered, and the warranty applies in addition to your legal guarantees.

Care and storage of your mascot

Clean the head by hand with a soft cloth, lukewarm water and mild soap. The body can be machine-washed in cold water on a delicate cycle. Let it air-dry away from direct heat sources and never use a tumble dryer.

Store the mascot in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight, preferably in a transport bag or breathable garment cover. Do not crush the head so that it keeps its shape. In rainy or extreme weather, limit exposure to protect the materials.
