    • Phase 1 – Design & Confirmation (after payment): Once your order and payment are confirmed, we start preparing your mascot. For a fully custom mascot ordered on quote, the sketch is included: our designer sends it to you for approval. For the models on our website, the sketch is a paid option you can add when you order online.

    • Phase 2 – Manufacturing (before shipment): After your design approval, the mascot costume is carefully handcrafted using premium fabrics and lightweight durable materials.

    • Phase 3 – Pre-shipment & Delivery: Each mascot is checked for quality, packaged securely, and prepared for national or international shipping.

  • How long does the mascot manufacturing process take?
    Production takes about 10 working days, as each mascot is made to order. With the paid Fast Delivery option, production is completed in 24 hours, then delivery takes 4 to 5 working days. For a 100% custom design, the lead time is confirmed with your quote.

    Delivery is free with Chronopost anywhere in Europe (except the United Kingdom), and to the USA and Canada for orders from USD 2,000 (€1,784); there is no free option to other countries. For a 100% custom design, the lead time is confirmed with your quote.
