Shipments
Packages are generally dispatched within 5 days after receipt of payment and shipped via standard or express delivery methods according to your address (UPS, Chronopost, Fedex) with tracking and drop-off with or without signature. Shipping times may vary, but normally you should receive the package 5-15 days after dispatch for standard delivery.
Shipping fees include handling and packing as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders placed individually, and shipping fees will apply to each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile items.
Boxes are ample in size, and your items are well protected.
