Terms and Conditions of Sale
Effective from January 1, 2020, across the entire SITE.

2. Purpose and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed by individuals on the BLOOCHOO website. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.
3. Definitions
- CUSTOMER: any individual acting for personal purposes.
- PRODUCTS: all items offered for sale on the SITE.
- DELIVERY: the first presentation of the PRODUCTS at the address provided by the CUSTOMER.
- TERRITORY: mainland France, including Corsica (excluding DOM/TOM).
4. Products
BLOOCHOO clearly describes the PRODUCTS on the SITE. All PRODUCTS comply with French and European law. Availability depends on stock and production times.
5. Orders
To place an order, the CUSTOMER must be of legal age and provide accurate information. Steps:
- Select PRODUCTS and add them to the cart.
- Check the cart and log in or create an account.
- Validate delivery and payment information.
- Confirm the order and receive an email summary.
Orders for mascots or personalized products are non-refundable.
6. Prices
Prices are in euros, inclusive of VAT. Shipping fees are additional and depend on package weight and carrier. Prices may change for promotions or errors.
7. Payment
- Credit card via secure service (e.g., Stripe): Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue. Transactions are secure via HTTPS and SSL. No banking information is stored on the SITE.
- Bank transfer: the CUSTOMER may pay by bank transfer; instructions are provided at checkout.
Payment is charged at order or shipment depending on the method. If payment fails, the order will be canceled.
8. Delivery
PRODUCTS are delivered only within the TERRITORY. Estimated delivery: 5–15 business days depending on carrier and availability. Possible carriers: UPS, Chronopost, FedEx. Signature may be required. The CUSTOMER assumes risk from the time the carrier takes possession of the package.
9. Right of Withdrawal
The CUSTOMER has 14 days to withdraw and return PRODUCTS in their original condition, except personalized or hygiene products. Return costs are borne by the CUSTOMER. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt.
10. Legal Guarantees
- Conformity: 2 years from delivery. CUSTOMER can request replacement, repair, or refund.
- Hidden defects: 2 years from discovery of defect. Full or partial reimbursement possible.
11. Liability
BLOOCHOO is not responsible for CUSTOMER errors or force majeure events. External links are not under BLOOCHOO's control.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the SITE (text, images, logos) is the property of BLOOCHOO. Reproduction requires written consent.
13. Personal Data
BLOOCHOO collects data to manage orders and accounts. Data is confidential and used only with consent. CUSTOMERS can access, correct, or delete their data via email with proof of identity.
14. Archiving and Proof
Contracts over €120 (including tax) are archived for 10 years. Copies can be provided on request.
15. Dispute Resolution
French law applies. French courts are competent. An attempt at amicable resolution is required before legal action.
16. Appendices
- Appendix 1: Right of withdrawal – 14 days to return products; costs borne by CUSTOMER.
- Appendix 2: Delivery – only in TERRITORY; indicative delivery times; signature required.
- Appendix 3: Manufacturing – products made in Asia.
- Appendix 4: DOM/TOM and foreign orders – non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
- Appendix 5: Marketplace orders – non-exchangeable, non-refundable.
- Appendix 6: Visuals – photos are non-contractual; special BATs priced at €150 each.
